AXITRAQ is a product of Aditech Pty Ltd (ABN 73 614 893 473). References to "AXITRAQ", "we", "us" or "our" in these terms refer to Aditech Pty Ltd and the AXITRAQ platform operated at axitraq.com, axitraq.com.au and axitraq.app, including all associated mobile applications.
By accessing or using the AXITRAQ platform — including our websites (axitraq.com, axitraq.com.au, axitraq.app), web application, mobile applications, and any related services — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the platform. These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement.
AXITRAQ reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
To use the Platform, you must register an Account by providing accurate and complete information including your organisation's name, ABN (where applicable), contact details, and the details of an authorised administrator.
You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. By registering an Account, you confirm that:
AXITRAQ reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend any Account at its discretion.
AXITRAQ offers the following subscription plans, each with defined limits on offices, managers, employees, contractors, assets, and parts:

Plan limits, features, and pricing are as published on our website at the time of subscription. AXITRAQ reserves the right to modify plan offerings, features, and pricing. Any changes to your current plan pricing will be communicated in writing no less than 30 days in advance.
New accounts are eligible for a 14-day free trial with full access to the features of the selected plan. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your Subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan and billing will commence.
Subscriptions are billed either monthly or annually, as selected at the time of sign-up. Annual billing provides a discount of approximately 15% compared to monthly billing. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.
Payment is processed through our third-party payment providers (Stripe and Zoho Subscriptions). By providing your payment details, you authorise recurring charges in accordance with your selected billing cycle. It is your responsibility to ensure your payment method remains valid and current.
You may cancel your Subscription at any time from within the Platform dashboard. Upon cancellation:
If you cancel an annual Subscription before the 12-month commitment period ends, the outstanding balance will be recalculated at the equivalent month-to-month rate and applied retrospectively. The difference between what has been paid at the annual rate and what would have been owed at the monthly rate constitutes an early termination fee.
You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with pro-rated billing. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. If a downgrade would cause your usage to exceed the new plan's limits, you must reduce your usage before the downgrade can be applied.
AXITRAQ reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account if:
You agree to use the Platform only for its intended purpose — managing assets, workforce, operations, and related business activities within your organisation. You must not:
AXITRAQ reserves the right to remove any content and terminate any Account that violates these terms, with or without prior notice.
The Account Owner is responsible for managing all Users within their Account, including granting and revoking access. Each User must have a unique login. Sharing of credentials is prohibited.
You are responsible for:
AXITRAQ is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. It is not the responsibility of AXITRAQ to ascertain a User's level of authority within their organisation.
Physical products (asset labels, QR tags) may be ordered through the Platform. Orders placed are deemed accepted by you and will be processed for production and delivery.
Product pricing is as displayed on the Platform at the time of order. Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $14.95 AUD for orders under $100 (before GST). Orders of $100 or more (before GST) qualify for free shipping. All prices are subject to 10% GST.
Delivery will be to the address provided in the order. AXITRAQ will use reasonable efforts to deliver within stated timeframes but cannot guarantee delivery dates. AXITRAQ is not liable for delays caused by carriers, incorrect delivery addresses, or circumstances beyond our control.
You must inspect goods upon delivery. Any discrepancies, damage, or defects must be reported to AXITRAQ in writing within 48 hours of receipt, including photographs of any damage. Claims made after this period may not be accepted.
Due to the custom nature of printed labels and QR tags, returns are only accepted for defective or incorrectly produced items. AXITRAQ will, at its discretion, replace defective goods or issue a credit.
You retain ownership of all Content you upload to the Platform. By uploading Content, you grant AXITRAQ a limited licence to store, process, and display that Content solely for the purpose of providing the Services to you.
You are solely responsible for all Content uploaded to or created within your Account. You warrant that you have all necessary rights, licences, and permissions to use and upload such Content, including any images, documents, or third-party materials. AXITRAQ is not liable for any claims arising from Content you upload.
Certain features of the Platform use artificial intelligence and optical character recognition (OCR) to process images and documents you submit (e.g. invoice scanning, compliance plate reading). By using these features, you consent to your Content being transmitted to our third-party AI service providers for processing. Processed data is returned to the Platform and is not retained by the third-party provider beyond the duration of the request.
All data is stored on servers located in Australia. AXITRAQ is committed to Australian data sovereignty. For detailed information on how we handle your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
Upon cancellation or termination of your Account, AXITRAQ may retain your data for a reasonable period to comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes. After this period, your data will be permanently deleted. AXITRAQ is not obligated to maintain or provide copies of your Content after Account termination. We recommend exporting any data you wish to retain before cancellation.
Individual file uploads are limited to 25 MB. Supported formats include common image types (JPEG, PNG, WebP, GIF), PDF, and standard document formats. AXITRAQ reserves the right to impose storage limits per Account or plan tier.
The AXITRAQ platform — including its name, logos, design, source code, documentation, and all associated intellectual property — is owned by Aditech Pty Ltd or its licensors. All rights are reserved.
Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in the Platform beyond the limited right to use it in accordance with your Subscription. You must not:
You agree not to use the Platform to infringe the intellectual property rights of others. AXITRAQ reserves the right to remove infringing content and terminate the Account of any User who infringes (or is alleged to have infringed) third-party intellectual property rights, in accordance with Australian Copyright Law.
AXITRAQ strives to maintain high availability of the Platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to:
AXITRAQ will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from service interruptions or unavailability.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law:
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any consumer guarantees or rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010).
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Aditech Pty Ltd, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions. AXITRAQ is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or reliability of third-party services.
The Platform and our website may contain links to external websites. AXITRAQ is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites. We recommend reviewing their terms before providing any personal information.
AXITRAQ performs regular backups of platform data, including account information, user data, and uploaded content. While we take all reasonable precautions to protect your data, no system is infallible and we cannot guarantee absolute data security.
All personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria for the resolution of any disputes arising under these Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Aditech Pty Ltd regarding your use of the AXITRAQ platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
