AXITRAQ is a product of Aditech Pty Ltd (ABN 73 614 893 473). References to "AXITRAQ", "we", "us" or "our" in these terms refer to Aditech Pty Ltd and the AXITRAQ platform operated at axitraq.com, axitraq.com.au and axitraq.app, including all associated mobile applications.
By accessing or using the AXITRAQ platform — including our websites (axitraq.com, axitraq.com.au, axitraq.app), web application, mobile applications, and any related services — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the platform. These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement.
AXITRAQ reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
To use the Platform, you must register an Account by providing accurate and complete information. You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You confirm that all information provided is accurate, you have authority to enter these Terms on behalf of your organisation, and you are responsible for obtaining all required internal approvals.
AXITRAQ offers subscription plans (Basic, Standard, Premium, Custom), each with defined limits. Plan limits, features, and pricing are as published on our website at the time of subscription. Changes to pricing will be communicated no less than 30 days in advance.
New accounts are eligible for a 14-day free trial with full access. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your Subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Annual billing provides approximately 15% discount. All prices are in AUD and exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. Payment is processed through Stripe and Zoho Subscriptions.
You may cancel your Subscription at any time. It remains active until the end of the current billing period. If you cancel an annual plan early, the outstanding balance will be recalculated at the month-to-month rate retrospectively. You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time.
AXITRAQ reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account for payment default, breach of Terms, unlawful use, or uploading offensive or illegal content.
You agree to use the Platform only for its intended purpose. You must not use it for unlawful purposes, upload illegal or infringing content, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the Platform, reverse engineer it, use automated bots, resell access, or share login credentials.
The Account Owner is responsible for managing all Users. Each User must have a unique login. You are responsible for maintaining credential confidentiality and all activity under your Account. Notify AXITRAQ immediately of suspected unauthorised access.
Physical products may be ordered through the Platform. Shipping is $14.95 AUD for orders under $100 (before GST); free for orders $100 or more. All prices subject to 10% GST. You must inspect goods on delivery; discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours. Returns accepted only for defective or incorrectly produced items.
You retain ownership of all Content you upload. By uploading, you grant AXITRAQ a limited licence to store, process, and display it for providing the Services. You warrant you have all necessary rights to upload such Content. AI-processed images are transmitted to third-party providers for real-time processing only. All data is stored in Australia. Upon account closure, data is retained for a reasonable period per legal obligations then permanently deleted. File upload limit: 25 MB.
The AXITRAQ platform and all associated intellectual property is owned by Aditech Pty Ltd. You must not copy, modify, or create derivative works from the Platform, use AXITRAQ branding without permission, or use the Platform to infringe third-party IP rights.
AXITRAQ strives for high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, outages, or force majeure events.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, AXITRAQ provides the Platform "as is" without warranties. Total aggregate liability shall not exceed fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. AXITRAQ shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing excludes consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aditech Pty Ltd from claims arising from your use of the Platform, Content you upload, breach of Terms, violation of law, or infringement of third-party rights.
The Platform integrates with Stripe, Zoho, Amazon Web Services, Google Maps, and Anthropic. Your use of these is subject to their respective terms. AXITRAQ is not responsible for their availability or reliability.
AXITRAQ performs regular backups. All personal data is processed in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Aditech Pty Ltd regarding the AXITRAQ platform.

This policy outlines how we protect your personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), including the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
AXITRAQ will never sell, rent or otherwise disclose any of your personal information to any unassociated third party without your prior and explicit consent.
Company name, trading name, ABN, business address, phone, email, administrator details, subscription plan and billing preferences.
Names, contact details, emergency contacts, employment details, qualification documents, hourly rates.
Asset records, maintenance logs, checklists, audits, job details, timesheets, invoices, parts/inventory, uploaded documents and images.
GPS coordinates may be collected during timesheet clock-in/out, checklist submissions, asset start/stop events, and inspections. Location data is only accessible within your organisation's account.
When using OCR features, images are transmitted to third-party AI services for real-time processing and are not retained beyond the request.
Messages, page context, and user/company details when using in-app support.
Cookies for login and security; analytics for aggregated visitor engagement on the marketing website.
To operate the Platform, process billing, deliver support, send transactional notifications, improve features, produce de-identified analytics, and comply with legal obligations. You may opt out of marketing communications.
AXITRAQ does not store credit card details. Payment is handled by Stripe and Zoho Subscriptions.
We engage: AWS (cloud storage, document processing), Anthropic (AI OCR), Stripe (payments), Zoho (billing), Google Maps/Leaflet (mapping). We only share the minimum information necessary.
We will not disclose your information except where required by law, to enforce our Terms, to protect safety, or in the event of unlawful platform use. If Aditech Pty Ltd is acquired, data transfers remain subject to this policy.
All data stored on secure servers in Australia. Security measures include firewalls, HTTPS/TLS encryption, password-protected accounts with role-based access, restricted internal access, and regular backups.
Maintain password confidentiality, log out on shared devices, change passwords periodically, and notify us of suspected unauthorised access.
Under the Australian Privacy Principles, you may access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information. Contact us to make a request.
Data retained while account is active. After closure, certain data retained as required by law. De-identified data may be retained indefinitely for analytics.
We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
